Controller
The controller of your personal data is Just Grind d.o.o., Pod brezami 5, 1218 Komenda, Slovenia.
What data we collect
Through the enquiry form we collect your full name, company, email address, phone number, details of the building (type, floor area, floor condition, location) and the content of your message. You provide this data voluntarily.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data solely to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and the taking of steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed for our correspondence and any resulting contractual relationship, or until you withdraw your consent, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Processors
Messages are sent through an email service provider. To protect the form from abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks when the form is submitted that it is not being sent by a bot. The Google map loads only if you open it with a click.
Visitor statistics
For anonymous visitor statistics we use our own installation of Umami, which does not use cookies and does not collect data that could directly identify you. Only if you allow it in the cookie banner do we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which uses analytics cookies to measure visits and use of the site in aggregate form. The legal basis is your consent. Google signals for advertising and ad personalisation are switched off. Google may transfer data to the USA, where it participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to object, and to withdraw your consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
Cookies and browser storage
We store essential data without consent, because without it the site cannot work as you requested. We set analytics cookies only once you allow them. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. When you withdraw it, we delete the analytics cookies. On the contact page the Google map loads only if you open it with a click; Google may then set its own cookies.
